2009-10 Indianapolis Colts

The 2009 Indianapolis Colts will be without the services of Head Coach Tony Dungy for the first time in 7 seasons and long time assistant Jim Caldwell takes the reigns for the 2nd season at new home field Lucas Oil Stadium.  The team will also be without CB Keiwan Ratliff and P Hunter Smith.  One on field coach will also be back this season, Peyton Manning.  Manning, coming off another MVP season (3rd) had surgery to remove an infected bursa sac in his left knee.  Peyton is now fully recovered and ready to lead his team back into the playoffs.

In the draft, the Colts picked up Connecticut RB Donald Brown with their 1st draft pick (27th overall) and an four other offensive players while adding 3 defensive players.  Look for the Colts to sell out all tickets for the season and get back into the championship game.
